Returns & Refunds
With in 30 days of receipt of the order we will replace, exchange, or refund the cost of the item(s) as specified in a claim initiated with Customer Service. You can contact Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on how to begin the claims process, or refer to our Contact Us. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been open and/or removed from their retail packaging. For us to process a return for either an exchange or a refund, the item must be in an unopened salable condition, unless the item was damaged during shipping which we will require a claim be filed with the applicable currier service.
